KONTAKT QUESTION

    I have the latest version of Kontakt running on Windows 7. I keep the library on an external drive, as is recommended. Around a month ago, Kontakt started freezing. I have sent a million emails to tech support. Today, I tried to get through by phone but had to hang up after being on hold for 27 minutes waiting. I've uninstalled and re-installed a few times but tonight, I decided to just let it hang and see if there was a resolve and there was.

    I instantiate Kontakt in Pro Tools. It hangs for 3-4 minutes before giving me the options: Open containing folder. Remove Library. The Kontakt program PDF and the License Agreement. I know this shouldn't be happening but I click open containing folder, then on samples and then it works like normal but I obviously don't want to wait 5 minutes everytime I instantiate it. If you have experienced this before or you know what to do, I'd appreciate the help. A hearty thank you in advance!
