Kontakt Question

    I have been going back and forth with tech support for close to two months or so because Kontakt stalls for close to 5 minutes when instantiated in Pro Tools. I would direct this question back to them but the responses are a week to 10 days apart.

    The last question I got from them was asking me to check Kontakt's files tab and make sure the file trees are not expanded but minimized. I use Windows 7. I don't know if these tabs are within the instantiated Kontakt or under Documents/Native Instruments or Documents/Kontakt Factory Selection. Thanks in advance if you've taken the time to respond.

    I wonder if either the database or quick load are extremely large or possibly corrupt. Have you reset either/each of them?

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled via control panel and native access 3 times. They told me to delete cache and I did that. All of the paths are correct. I've not checked into your questions. What do I need to do? And thanks.
