Kontakt Reinstallation

I have the most recent version of Kontakt. I use Windows 7. In the last couple weeks, it just started freezing. It's been flawless since v5 came out and, with no change in the system at all, it freezes when instantiated in Pro Tools or in standalone mode. I want to reinstall but I have a question about it. When I got version 5, it was an upgrade from v2 so what shows in my NI account is the v5 upgrade with a "download from Native Access" message. So, I guess I have to go to control panel, uninstall, reboot and then when I go to Native Access, it should show under the uninstalled tab? While I have your eyes, where in NI do you go to put a picture of yourself. I tried right-clicking on the blank image and went through all of the account sections but didn't see anything on it. Thanks.

If you're referring to changing the image of your forum Avatar: click on your forum name in the top right corner and go to the Avatar or Personal Details section.
