Kontakt remains in demo mode

    I've been following the discussion that has mainly concerned Komplete. The same thing has been happening for me with Kontakt 3 since attempting to install the recent update: the application reverts to demo mode whatever I try. After a week of waiting for advice from customer support I was advised to delete preferences, run the update, and all will be well. This was not the case. Since then I have meticulously combed my system for preferences and files related to old instances when the software worked correctly. I have even deleted Kontakt and completely reinstalled the older version, which also reverted to demo mode after authorizing. There is a very serious problem here that is affecting many systems and people. It needs to be acknowledged and corrected by Native Instruments. I have had this software since October and I have only been able to use it for about two weeks.

    OSX 10.4.11; G-5 1.8 Gz; 2GB ram
