Kontrol 1 and Cubase 5

    I'm using Kontrol 1 with Cubase 5 and getting 81ms input latency which is ridiculously high.

    I set the the buffers to the lowest setting in the Kontrol audio settings, which says it will give an 8ms latency. I set the buffer size to 512 (the lowest it would allow) in the Cubase device setup.

    I was running Cubase LE4 and had 6ms latency, set up the same way, any ideas what I need to do in Cubase 5?

    My specs...
    Windows 7 x64
    E8500 3.16 Dual Core
    8G ram
    3 HDD

    Hmmm the Kontrol driver is the problem, it installs but doesn't work. Kontrol does not show under 'sounds' in windows. In the NI service center it says Kontrol is activated.

    Maybe I'm installing in the wrong order?

    Weird cause I had it running before I uninstalled Cubase LE4 and installed Cubase 5. I'm sure I re-installed it the same way.

    Is there a trick to uninstalling the Kontol drvr, and re-installing it or something?
