Kontrol F1 not working

    Hi everyone, I'm mixing extern with Numark 4trak and Kontrol F1. Both have been working perfectly on my windows laptop.
    Now, I bought an Macintosh and wanted to integrate my setup on it
    The 4 trak is fully working with its drivers and mapping. But when I plug the F1 it only lightens up for a second then turns dark. I am using traktor 2.11 and the latest version of controller manager (which does not recognize the F1 device).
    The F1 was working on windows so the device is not the problem.

    How can I fix this? I have read that many other people have this problem. There should be an standard mapping in order to use the device like any other (not "plug and play")

    Yes, I haven't been able to fix it, I ran out of ideas. I have reinstalled everything.
    I hope somebody can help me

    First try cleaning the USB port itsself and the USB end on the F1. Alot of times, it's dust or dirt build up that's usually happening.
