Kontrol F1 Type functions not working

    Hey guys, new here but I've been playing with my Kontrol F1 for a while now getting familiar with it in Traktor and fooling around with it in random other DAWs. Anyways when I'm playing a set in Traktor I'm using the F1 on Deck D as a remix set and when I want to choose between one-shot and loop for example under the "PL" setting when Type is activated the button light up blue as should for one-shot but no matter what I've tried they refuse to react when hit and switch to loop. When I go into the program itself and turn on loop the light when the Type "PL" mode is activated will change green, but same case as before when I hit the newly green light to return it to one shot there no reaction the pad remains the same color as it was with no change in the sample's playback.

    If anyone has any insight I'd greatly appreciate it! I've looked all over google last night with no luck, about to reinstall and updates and firmware now to make sure that isn't the problem.

    The only clue I have is that you have used the F1 in other DAWs, did you by chance change anything in the Control Editor?
    Also make sure you have updated the Control Editor as well.
    I've read posts of controllers not working when the Editor is in need of an update.
