Kontrol S4 MK1 - MIC input not working, but input channel D has no problem

    Hello DJs,
    I have a problem with S4 MIC input. I do not know what happened. It worked normally maybe 5 years.. But one night MIC input stopped working. But channel D input has no problem. When I put microphone to the channel D input and switch to phono, microphone works as usual. May I use input channel D switched to phono for microphone instead of MIC input as it is not working? Does someone have any idea what could be a problem? I have set everything correctly in the traktor PRO setup. Looks like hardware problem...

    Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1 works with Traktor Pro 2 (ver 2.11.3)?

    I always use Traktor Pro 2.6.2 version. Do you think that TRAKTOR version could be a problem?
