    Hi to all,
I would like to find a solution to this: I own a Traktor S4 Mk2 and yesterday the left jog wheel stop to working properly.
I try to recalibrate ...->Preference button, Traktor Kontrol S4, Jogwheel Recalibrate left . . . and the message says:
''To calibrate a Jog Wheel, please press and hold its corresponding 'Load' button for 2 seconds.''
well I try to press and hold the left load button for 2 seconds and nothing happens?

    Any help?

    Thank you

I inquired about the calibration process shortly after the Mk2 came out. It seems odd that you hold the load button to calibrate the Jog wheel. Is there an updated calibration guide for the MK2s? I have yet to see anything in the support section!

Can we please get some support on this?

My issue is described in the S4 mk1 manual for recalibration:

    "
    • A track in the deck does not continue to play even though the jog wheel is no longer being touched and the PLAY button is lit. In this case, the Load button on the corresponding deck (for the S2, this is the relevant Load button below the BROWSE encoder) may also blink continuously.
      "

And if I press and hold the load button for 2 seconds, yes the track starts playing again. But I'm having to do this EVERYTIME I touch that jog wheel. It's an incredible nuisance

The only solution was to contact with the main dealer and told me to send it for repair. After four days came back with replaced left jog board.

I know it is a year later, but this same thing happens to me quite often. Has anyone found a way to fix this, other than send in for repair. I am just starting DJing and do not have a backup controller to use if I send mine in.

I'm using an S2 mk2 on OSX with traktor 2.10

I have had the same issue for 2 years now. I have even created a ticket with N.I. themselves. After 6 emails (and after a lot of bullshit "update your stuff") lets hope that they can help us fix this.
