Kontrol S8 channel faders

    Hi, 2 of the channel faders on my S8 need replacing... How and where do I obtain them from NI? lol

    Hi and thanks for your reply, that's a great help :)
    I've recalibrated them over and over, lol channels A + B so I swapped them over the less used C + D faders for now.... was getting a very noticable volume drop when you start to lower each fader from top by moving it only a few mm, if you watched the fader in the software, it would 'jiggle' about even though the hardware faders were not being touched which of course stopped once i swapped them out for the faders from C + D.

    If it’s a leaky fader I’d buy some deoxit F5 fader spray and good chance it will sort it.

    2 of mine were leaking and fixed em both immediately.

    I had previously changed the x-fader to an innofader which is an awesome fader and have had no issues, after my x fader started to leak.

    I didn’t know about deoxit at the time and maybe would have worked on that too?

    seems to me they are a tad sensitive to dirt inside??

    Only thing to note it will make the tension a lot lower on the fader which I prefer anyhow as I scratch.
