Kontrol S8 Paralyzed

    Hello! I have a Traktor Kontrol S8 which has become "paralyzed". Using Traktion 7.2.1 (32-bit), the controller remains on the splash screen and none of the buttons or faders respond, except Mic1 and Mic 2. Traktion is apparently communicating with the controller, on Control Panel it reads Interface Connected (green bar) and Device Manager shows Kontrol S8 connected to USB.
    I suspect the firmware in the Kontrol S8 controller is corrupt, but it is the latest version (80). Is there a way to do a forced reload of the latest firmware?
