    Hello,

    I recently brought a used MacBook which is running High Sierra 10.13.6.

    I also brought Traktor Pro 3 and a X1 MK2.

    When I plug the X1 into the MacBook via USB, it lights up but then goes dead and nothing lights up.

    When I open Pro 3, it recognises that there is an X1 but nothing still lights up and when pressing buttons it doesn't flash on the Pro 3 screen to show it is responding when I press anything.

    I have read various things online and on forums about compatibility issues but am really hoping I am missing something simple rather me having wasted a lot of money! : (

    Please can anyone help?
