Kontrol X1 Mk2 Touchstrip Issues

    I recently acquired 2 X1's and after several sessions of use I notice 1 of the X1's seems to have a faulty touchstrip. I have searched for maintenance, repair, etc regarding the X1s with no luck. This issue at hand is half of the touch strip works and half doesn't. I have remapped the touchstrip to other parameters, used the X1 with different computers, have double and triple checked that it's not user error and have concluded something is fishy with this unit. Anyone out there encounter a similar issue? Any tips on how to fix? Would really appreciate the help! Thanks!

    Having similar issue, but bought my unit 2nd hand. Contacting native instruments now for help.
