Kontrol Z2 external Mode mixing no Work

I have not been able to connect my Krontrol Z2 in external mixer mode for a few days, I tried uninstalling all native software and their drivers, and reinstalling. I tried on another laptop but the problem remains the same. The external mixer mode cannot be used, and it does not recognize outputs A and B, only inputs A and B, the outputs were lost and I cannot find a viable solution. If someone has happened to you and knows how to solve it please I appreciate your help.

Desde hace unos dias no puedo conectar mi Krontrol Z2 en modo external mixer, yo intente desinstalando todo los softwares de native y sus drivers, y volviendo a instalar. probe en otro portatil pero el problema sigue igual. No se puede usar el modo external mixer, y no reconoce las salidas A y B, solo entradas A y B, las salidas se perdieron y no encuentro solucion viable. Si alguien le ha pasado y sabe solucionarlo por favor agradezco su ayuda.

 

That’s how the z2 is setup. It’s been like that for me since I got it.
