Hi everyone, I just bought a setup consisting of 2 Technics 1210 MK7 turntables and a Pioneer Interface2 sound card to use rekordbox DVS TimeCode.
Now I was looking for a Mixer, and I noticed the Kontrol Z2 that could be appropriate considering that it can also be used as a generic midi controller so that you can scroll between the browser with the relative buttons and not by mouse.
My first question is this, can you for example use some buttons as midi commands and instead leave the faders of the voums and the EQ for normal use? I would be interested in mapping as midi only the browser wheel and the load buttons and some loops, all the rest I would like it to function as a normal mixer, can it be done?
On the controller editor I saw that clicking on a single fader or button can be set to OFF, but in doing so what happens that it is completely disabled or that is bypassed by the midi?
    Thanks a lot to everyone
