Kore 1 controller latency problem ?

Hi, my kore 1 controller that i use as a soundcard

flashes trashes etc crashes my daw cause suddenly the sounddriver f.cks up than i have to replug the usb wire in and out and this goes on for like

every day a couple of times

the problem i'm having now is that i hear latency on my card

not only when i'm making music but also when listenning music on youtube or itunes

it kinda like fades in before the sound comes to my monitors and even the msn sound u hear em come later ?

does any1 knows how to fix this the last problem only occured recently

i'm on a mac pro-8 kore with 10g ram
hope someone can help me out

also the kore usb troublethingy works on my nerve maybe also any suggestions for that ?
