Just got hold of a Kore 1, which I wanted to use as an audio/MIDI interface (not with Komplete). I've installed 2.6.0 driver and the Kore shows up as an audio and MIDI option in Audio MIDI setup. The Controller editor seems to work. BUT when I try to use it as an audio interface in Logic 9 (or Sibelius for that matter) it crashes the entire laptop immediately - MAC 2.5 GHz Intel Core, 16GB RAM - 2012 (I think). Anyone got any ideas? It looks like a great solid piece of hardware and because I got it for free I would like to make use of it.
... the knowledge-base says 'error' as of 10.10. for compatibility of 2.6.0. driver ... I'm in same situation as you, wanting to use as audio/MIDI interface and am inquiring with support why the heck they think they can just call the plug after 10.9. ...
