kore 2.0 factory content missing

I have read several threads on this subject, but no definitive answer, so can we please fix this before support is cancelled?

I constantly have missing content when trying to load files which use the "kore 2.0 factory library"

For instance - i select flute and concert flute.

I get the missing sample dialog.

i can search the file system, but nothing comes back.

The search line in the box is E:\VST\Native_instruments\Library\kore 2 sample content\woodwind samples ...

I can search the system, but there is no woodwind sample folder.

i have tried to re-install on numerous occasions, with no luck.

can someone please tell me how i can get the kore 2.0 factory library to install correctly?

I have komplete elements 7 + kore 2.
