    It really pisses me off when I get a piece of hardware that looks like a Remanufactured device fresh out of the box. Bottons where all pushed in like Professor Klump sat on it. :( And the LCD has like 60 vertical line in it like the refresh rate is wrong. Not to mention I can't even brows the different catagory's ie (Synth, Bass, Pad) or load a vst without touching the computer. :angry: Really lame. I also own Maschine and with the update comming out it makes this kore 2 controller pretty useless. What a waste of money and time. I just want my money back. I could have done better with a Novation keyboard and the Kore 2 software because it does nothing you think it would. Next time I will research the hell out of your products before I buy them again. Not a satisfied customer AT ALL.

    I felt the same but then I discovered I had to unplug the plastic knob covers from their post and switch them around to get a almost perfect fit for all 8! May I suggest that you try and change the LCD refresh rate by reading the manual or any other setting there to see if they disappear although it sounds like it might be defective, if that's the case don't change the knobs around and exchange it under warranty. It's a shame that some of NI customers have to experience their lack of QA or whatever other things happens from factory to customer that happens. It's a good product when it works.

    Welcome =)

    For the lines, reset the refresh rate. Options/hardware.
