Kore 2 Mayhem, please advise...

Hi, just recieved the Kore 2 software/hardware package today.
im running 2008 mac pro, 8gb RAM and its the 8core with SL10.6.6

New issues:

all sounds dont seem to be installed, i added my komplete 7 library folder to the database, its added a few duplicates but the more concerning thing is, is that not all the presets work, in fact the majority of them don't?

i encountered was downloading the 2.1.2 update in the service centre as when i did it said it was a corrupt image, so cant seem to update

when Kore scans my plug ins, its crashes, freezes and even turns my whole screen black and puts my computer in and out of sleep a number of times (never experienced this)
any help or ideas? FIXED
