    Hi Guys,

I have Core MIDI controller for quite some time, and now i tried using some Reactors ensamble to morph bettween them. It turned out the software i was using is Kore Player not the Kore 1 or Kore 2. Kore player does have quite a bit limitations. I am in the serch of Kore 2 player program to make a full use of my Kore MIDI controller. Since this product is discontinued i don't know how to get the software. Any one have idea how i can get it?

    Thanks,
    moniz

Where did you buy the Kore controller? Is it Kore 1 or 2? It should usually come with the software.

I bought this used online so i did not get the software. MIDI controller it self does not say Kore1 or Kore2 so i have no way to determine which on is this. Can you tell me a way to find out.
I did check out the link you provided they have some KORE sound templets but i am not sure if i could find the complete software.

    Thanks

You got conned, then... Within Kore package there is supposed to be both the controller AND software.

    hi,
Looking for the MIDI controller Editor for Kore 2 i discover that there is a Kore contrloer hardware similar to Kore 2 hardware but it is actuallya sound card and lot more buttons for Audio and headphone out put control. It is called as Plug in MIDI contrller. In fact there is a Video demo on this device by Native Instruments on utube. Any one knows more about this device.

I do want to know how to get hold on MIDI controller Editor file fore Kore 2. MIDI controller Editor of mine shows Komplete, Maschine, and few more but the Kore 2. I like to use this device to control as MIDi device with Logic and Live 9.

    Thanks

The Kore 1 version includes an audio interface and has more i/os (not 'buttons' but I guess that's what you meant) so I suspect you have the Kore 1 controller. I don't know how the templates from Fingermarks are loading into Kore Player because they shouldn't - a) because Kore Player is only supposed to load official NI soundpacks, and b) because it doesn't load plugins and most of my templates are made for plugins. While it is possible these days to buy a controller on ebay etc separate from the software (I also bought myself a backup recently) it is not a good idea if you don't already have the Kore 2 host software as without that it's just a standard 8 knob/button midi controller. Not sure how you would get that these days, possibly second hand but I have not seen it for sale for a long time.

i think you want kore 2 software to create yourself your sounds and mapping

    i recently bought a kore1 + kore2 upd ( i would a kore2 hw but when i arrived at guy home it was a kore1,take it anyway)
it was to replace my controller so i have two licenses unused (the guy deregisters under my eyes we do that together)
must install kore1 ,install kore2 ,uninstall kore1 to get the license working (at least one time)

It doesn't. And you need the full software version, not Kore player.

I don't think the first question has been answered. You've got Kore 2 Player, the free software with restrictions, you want Kore 2. People who no longer use Kore 2 often use put their licenses up for sale on Ebay and KVR market place. When the license is registered to your account you can download the software from the website.
