kore 2 upgrade in stores or online only Nov. 1 ?

    Will the Kore 2 upgrade be in stores like Guitar Center on Nov. 1st or will it only be available online? Ive had Kore since the launch and want the upgrade ASAP!

    Hello back. I've been waiting for weeks for this kind of info so hoping for a response within a couple of minutes of your question is bordering on daft. I too have been waiting since my early adoption (beta testing) of Kore 1 so perhaps I've had more time to develop a degree of patience (or, more accurately, quiet, seething anger :angry: )

    This is complete BS!

    I am so done with NI, Forget it! They say its available on a date, then its not in the NI store, they don't answer your questions! RIDICULOUS!
    The worst customer service I have ever seen! I have over $2000 worth of NI Products, all of which are going on e-bay tomorrow! I don't care if I get 10% of my money back! I am soooooo frustrated with NI that I just bought Logic Studio today and am moving on!

    So long NI, you lost another long time customer because you just don't care anymore!

    It is not about waiting for a day! It is about waiting period! I bought this Kore product under the reported hype about what it could do and "Revolutionize" and blur the line between software and hardware! What a joke! It never worked right, NEVER! and then when I ask questions, I get no answers, I should not have to order the product to fix it and I certainly should not have to order it to find out answers to my questions. This is why NI has lost my business after over 3 years and many many purchases (Komplete 2-5, Kore, Scratch, etc....) I am sick of the non caring attitude they currently display and have taken my business elsewhere!

    What questions? Looking through your posts, you've never asked about any problems you were having. Did you try asking here? Or (gasp) did you try contacting support? My guess is no...

    I have contacted support many many times! I thought I would try this board as was suggested by NI for info, but no I have not asked for help here for support, if that is the best place to go for customer support, then you have just proven my point for me!

    Look, I am not about to go into my 20 something e-mail messages and report everything that has happened since purchasing Kore! Lets just say it has been a huge failure for me! My point in all of this is that NI seems to have lost their way, IMO, they just don't cater to customers the way they once did, maybe a product of their own success, I don't know, but I am very frustrated with Kore and how it has been handled from the very beginning ( I bought at launch and was very excited to do so)!

    I just do not wish to re create the many issues I have had, some were fixed, some were not. However, I can deal with that, what I can not deal with is not getting assistance from a company that has thousands of my dollars in their pockets! Simple answers and I just want to feel as though they care about what we say and are trying to address the issues! If they did that, I would gladly stay a customer, but again, I think they have lost their way!

    Dont bother trying to explain yourself. Its happened to many others too, some people on these forums just hassle you for stating opinions like these. It makes sense, it is a NI forum.

    I found this forum to be excellent help and people like Ew are amazing resources and good people.
    But in my opinion,
    this is the support for NI, the rest of NI customer support tend to be
    just concerned about logging your details for our paid beta-testing.

    Kore 1.bug never worked for me,
    Now I got a new macbook and I am wondering if i get a free Kore2 update
    because i registered my Kore1 AFTER April.? But i bought it off ebay...
    or are there more forms ?

    If I bought it now would it be a download ?
    or wait more for shipping ?
