Kore activation problem

    Anyone had this problem?When I try to activate KORE a message says:
    the serial nr have already been used.
    So I cant activate it to get the update 1.01.
    When I look in the Product overview I find Kore there with serialnr,System id and no activation key.
    How do I get the activation key?

    Hi Jakob,

    are you sure, that you typed the correct serial?

    You can check the serial (and correct if necessary) in the Service Center.

    If there is no typo, I'd recommend to contact our registration support through the respective form.

    The serial is correct.
    The Product overview has the correct serial and a systemid but when I run the Activation assistant in NI SC a get this message: "not activated because the serialnr has already been used"

    What can I do?
