My Kore controller has just gone crazy, in the past, a few of the knobs would start do do their own thing and a good twist would sort it out, now all the buttons on the right hand side (Control, Enter, Esc) are triggering on their own in a random light show. I've turned the sensitivity down to 0% but nothing seems to help. Do I need a replacement unit, or did i miss-read the advertising blurb, and kore is in fact some kind of artsy visuals installation (just surround it with monitors showing people slapping themselves with fresh fish and howling in desperation...), oh yeah, and the feet keep falling off :-(
If this is a common hardware malfunction to which there is no provided solution, put me on the petition to get upgraded to kore 2 (+controller).

My Controller sometimes had problems (lightshow) when i unpacked it from the case in a colder area (condensing air). Normally lowering the sensitivity solved the problem and after a while i could set it back to the normal parameters . I think the touch sensitivity sometimes gets problem with "climate changes"

I have a Kore v1 that is a replacement. The first one I got had a really loose USB port and the feet fell off. This new one still has the feet problem and it's real skitzy, blinky, does it's own thing from time to time.

Does anyone know if I should get this one replaced too? Or is there a OS fix on the way?

    Thanks! Riley

I have exactly the same problem as MikeT. Could someone with the staff tell what to do. Or someone who has had problem solved somehow. Controller is 100% unusable...
    Thanks, Jaakko with Kore 1
