Here's the skinny: Installed Kore and the driver that came with the install cd (1.1.3), but the Kore controller audio input just generated feedback when used with any effect within Kore, including Guitar Rig 2. I opened up Sound Forge and used the Kore controller ASIO driver as an input, and got the same thing. Hit record and there's just a blast of feedback. Nothing is even connected to the device and the input pot is all the way down. So I updated Kore and the driver to 1.02 and 1.2.1 respectively. The feedback went away. But the computer crashed HARD (no blue screen of death, just shuts down and restarts) every 6 or 7 minutes with no programs running whatsoever. So I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled 1.1.3. Now the computer doesn't crash but the feedback's back.

It did the feedback trick while in standalone mode, didn't try it in Cubase.
