Kore Player install problems

Installed Kore free player. Cannot get past the status window shows message "Status:syncing plug in cache. I want to use the pre loads which are a part of the free download. Ist is stuck in this mode for days. I have removed and re-installed several times. I need to complete the install. All of the preloads are now sitting in Rhapsody player as samples.

Am I gathereing that you moved the sample content after the install? If so, that's the problem.

If that's not it, you aren't telling us much to go on. System?

The sample contebt was not moved at install. I followed all of the prompts per installation wizard. I did not check any box to move to an alternative player ( for example to Rhapsody) I did a straight install. I am curious as to why it went to Rhapsody as the default and not to the player. All of the samples within the folders are earmarked for Rhapsody. I am going to try and rmove and try to install fresh again hope fully that will help. I am usinf windows xp with the 2002 service pack. All I would like to do is install the player without all of issues.

I got this problem too. I wanted to ask the same thing. And i followed the set-up did not do anything unesscesary
