You need to contact Behringer tech support as I've never used the interface.

At a minimum, you need to select the Behringer ASIO driver in the Audio/MIDI setup within Guitar Combos.

Have you read all of the supplied documentation?

Had some problems with it too on Vista. It works very good on WIndows XP for me now. What OS do u use? Did you install the drivers that come with the guitar combo's cd?

    ucg102 combos same problem!

I just got mine and I'm having the same problems. I'm running Vista. The behringer website claims the native drivers in vista will support th ucg102. I can't install the driver from the disc it fails every time. It looks like signal gets to the combo since the meters jump when I play but no sound comes back through the headphones. I can get a nice feedback squeal when I set the computer back to speakers!

    problem solved!

I got it running on Vista.
    What I did.
I unplugged and replugged the unit to the usb port 4 times like you are supposed to do. I don't know why that matters since the computer detects and installs the driver on the first plug in and not on the next three (it is already installed!).

What really did it I believe is this. I noticed that while the Behringer driver installation is running from the disk that something would flash on my screen briefly several times.
After staring at the screen through several more failed installations I was able to make out that it was a dialog box giving the "allow this program" or "block this program" choice. I couldn't read everything since it only flashes up on the screen for a fraction of a second. So I set my cursor in the right place and ran install driver again with my finger on the button....second try I was fast enough and install worked and everything is fine. What a total pain in the ***!

One more thing, I doubt this has any relevance but the last time I ran install I selected spanish as language instead of english just for the heck of it. Porque no?

I think you're totally right. The dialog box also crossed my eye but i was unable to click it before it just disapeared. I will check out if it works when im home.

Please make sure that you alert Behringer about this. It's an issue with their driver installation under Vista.
