That is probably the reason indeed.
    So no go.

We’re gonna have to do as always wait, wait, wait. Not only for Traktor but also for the product to actually hit the shelves.

The lc6000 won’t hit the shelves in my neck of the woods til about aug/sept. Actually I’m finding that out that pioneer out of all has the best turnaround for announcements to release for some reason. No rane one or reloop buddy here yet and probably won’t be til mid summer while the pioneer s7 is ready for pickup locally.

Traktor users weren’t the only ones left in the dark though. Denon’s own Prime 4 users are scratching their heads also.

Anybody know if there's a Traktor skin for Virtual DJ? Asking for a friend ;)

I'm pretty sure Denon has already sent an SDK over to NI. Just like with everything Traktor, NI will get around to it in their own time. Will it be days, weeks, months, years.... who knows. Chances are a user will get a screen hack together we'll before NI puts out a legit solution, tho.

Ha! In my area, LC6000s hit stores the morning after the official announcement. That must be a first for InMusic :)

    Lucky you.

Canada seems to be the last place where new gear arrives.

I'm not in the market for the LC6000s.
I wish they would have had the SC6000s available at that pace. Ordered them when they were announced at NAMM, got them in September (at least the same year) :D
I guess you'll be able to purchase them pretty soon.
Is importing gear from the US a viable option?

The days that VDJ looked terrible are over. It works fine now.

No, there’s only one retailer that I’ve been using for the past 22years.

I usually make dj gear purchases in nov-Jan.

it was pretty much my last hope for traktor, its absolutley criminal that there is no support for this gift from denon.

my last traktor back up was Feb 2020 and i cant see myself reinstalling now very very sad times indeed.

So I found the MIDI specification for LC6000 Prime on the internet.
    http://cdn.inmusicbrands.com/denondj/lc6000/LC6000-PRIME-MIDI-Specification-v1.0.pdf

It looks like it should not be a big problem to create a mapping to control Traktor Pro but on the other side there is no way to control what is displayed on the display so the whole thing would be very odd.

To be honest I see the price from a LC6000 Prime compared to a Rane 12 mkII (non motor vs motor ) very hight. I also don't see that LC6000 Prime is a high demand product compared to other DJ controller. ( currently on Thomann DJ controller top sales place 36 )

All this in consideration will let me think that NI will never add native support for it. I would say before they would do they would release a similar product at their own. That's want many from the forum asking too. A dedicated deck controller from NI.
