So I'm trying to map my Novation Nocturn to use Pro's sexy FX. I've got a snazzy setup that uses one page to select the FX and one page to manipulate them.

The midi-out should reflect the state of one of the buttons depending on the modifier. However, my Nocturne will only change LED after the on-screen setting matches it and then is changed again. Also, when you select a new effect in chained mode, the effect is turned off, without the MIDI out message being passed to my Nocturn. Consequently, quite often, my LEDs will be wrong.

So, I decided to use the 'Send Monitor State' function to force Traktor to tell the Nocturne what the state of the buttons are. However it appears to make my Nocturne light up like a Christmas tree instead. What appears to be happening, is that Traktor is sending all the values, regardless of the current modifier setting, sending my Nocturne into a bit of a fit. Can anyone confirm if that is happening to them also?

Perhaps we need a function that send all available states according to the current modifier?

Would you post your .tsi and automap files?

I'll post them up tomorrow when I get on Pro. Just to give you some idea of what I'm aiming at, I've attached a piccie:

    Page 1: FX Controls
    - control the elements of your FX (chained or advanced)
    - no parameter reset or default set implementation
    - button 1 to toggle FX/Master Panel visibility

    Page 2: FX Select
    - encoder 1 to select advanced and change to the advanced panel
    - encoders 2 to 4 to select chained FX and automatically change to the chained panel
    - button 1 to select ADV beatmasher (use this a lot)

    Page 3: FX Input Select
    - buttons choose Decks A B C or D for each panel

Works apart from the LEDs in the backlit buttons which is driving me mad.

Hey iamscoby. Sorry these are late:

    Page 1: FX Controls
    - control the elements of your FX (chained or advanced)
    - no parameter reset or default set implementation
    - button 1 to toggle FX/Master Panel visibility

    Page 2: FX Select

    - encoder 1 to select advanced and change to the advanced panel
    - encoders 2 to 4 to select chained FX and automatically change to the chained panel
    - button 1 to select ADV beatmasher (use this a lot)

    Page 3: FX Input Select

    - buttons choose Decks A B C or D for each panel

I haven't done any more work on the map, so it is at the same stage - everything works apart from the LEDs as far as I can tell.
