License Transfer. Why so slow?

    Sold my M32 Keyboard and requested a Transfer Lizenz ID 3 Days ago.
    But nothing happened yet.
    Thought it would be an instant email from NI with the Transfer Number.

    As noted on the license transfer page, a team member must approve... likely to help fight fraudulent transfer requests, check license is valid, etc.

    Now 8 days are over and i havn‘t heard a single word about the transfer number yet.
    I‘m not sure how long the buyer is willing to wait. He got already the M32.
    It‘s really disappointing :-(
