LOAD bar is always in the red. whats wrong?

    I am running a HP pavilion dv6 with core i3 8gb ram

    im using v2.5 scratch with timcodes and an s4

    as soon as i play my first song it goes in the red , sometimes it skips, sometimes it stutters, crackles , and the tempo jumps +-1%, sometimes it waits untill i start seriously mixing to start acting up....

    my question is , whats wrong with my setup? i added 4gb ram (to make 8), but there seemed to be no difference.. is my processor not up to par? should i replace it or just buy a mac?(which is barely an option bc of the expense)

    Mine is the same. The sound isn't distorted so must be a bug. We should report to NI and let them take a look at it.
