Load button mapping prefs.

    As it is the load button mapping command is an option in the commands.

    But what I would like is the mapping command to switch into jogmode when pushed.
    For those of us that have started doing alot of mapping this would be one less button to push when using the jogs for effects. As well it is easy to forget to do.

    Unless of course I have overlooked something. :D
