Lock cells, Keyboard playing

    Two things that would be nice.
    1) Lock the cells so they can't be dragged around by the mouse. This was in previous version of Battery but was removed from v4. It's useful when using the mouse to quickly play the kit, to avoid accidentally dragging cells.
    2) Keyboard mode for playing drums using the computer typing keyboard.
    3) Virtual piano keyboard image that allows playing the kit using the mouse (similar to the virtual keyboard at the bottom of FM8 and Absynth). This virtual keyboard could also be useful for visualizing where the cells will map onto a typical MIDI keyboard.
