log in update problem

    hi can anyone of you guys from NI help me? when i registered my bandstand, it sent me an email with a password and saying that my log in name is my email, but up to now i cant log in and wont accept the code that you sent me... i cant update my bandstand up to now.... i tried using the change the password thing or change the etc, thing but they want me to give the password that i couldnt even use... what should i do?
