Logging into user library

Hello,
I recently bought reaktor 5 under the new offer and havent got any details to log into the user library....
i read in this forum the password was meant to be delivered to me but it definately isnt within the email containing my reg...
any ideas here? am i missing something?

You have to register an account when you buy Reaktor, that is your user account. When you register you get a email with your username (usually your email) and a password. You cant buy without registering so you should have this information as it necessary to be registered to use the service centre and also to buy anything. Check your emails and change the user password to something more memorable in your user setting (in the support tab on the top of the page) you log in to get access to the user library after this

 

ahh thanks.... i didnt realise they were the same and as the user lib section has no pw reset or anything i didnt know what to do
(note i went to buy stuff and changed password when it asked me to log in... yes it had a "forgot password?" bit on this)

 

Had this problem too. Where it asks for username you have to put your e-mail address associated with your account if I remember right.

 

access to the User Library is different to access to the forum.

as stated above, your username is the email address you gave to NI when you registered using the Service Centre. they will then send you a confirmation email which should include some numbers, you use that as your UL password.
