Logic Express & Battery

    It appears that my system is having an issue with NI Battery 2. I have the NI Komplete 2 package, which I purchased sometime ago and was successfully able to install everything in it with the exception of Battery. I've always put off dealing with this but the time has come for me to fix this issue. After running an AU Validation test, everything passes except the following:

    FORMAT TESTS:

    Input/Output Channel Handling:
    1-1 1-2 1-4 1-5 2-2 2-4 2-5 4-4 4-5 5-5 5-2 6-6 8-8 0-2
    X
    ERROR: AU incorrectly reports Dynamic Configuration capability (bus count is not writable)

    * * FAIL

    Can anyone suggest to me what to do here? Is this a Logic issue or an NI Issue?

    Be sure to get the newest version of Battery 2. I was using Battery 2.1.5 with Logic Pro 7.1.1, and it passed validation.

    yes, that last patch is what fixed Bat2. Now.........if they could do the same with Bat3.
