I'm just getting into Logic Pro articulation sets, which let you replace keyswitching with a drop down menu of articulations you can select for each note. This is great, as keyswitching is a pain in the ass. (makes your score editor messy, doesn't always work right when playing back from different points...)

The first NI plugin I tried is session horns pro. There are 16 articulations, but you can only assign 9 of them to keyswitches at a time.

This is a shame, as I'd like to set up my articulation set, then have all articulations available from the menu for all projects, and never have to edit these in session horns pro again.

Any reason beyond keeping the GUI neat that you can only have 9 keyswitches at a time?

    I suppose it's by design, a UI/UX consideration.
