Loops affecting the cues

    Hi folks,

    I have an S2 and I am happy with it but I'm experiencing a problem. When I have a song going I start a loop and when I like it I save it to samples. I then turn on the main song and just have the sample of the drum loop playing. I then load another song to the other table. This song has cues set up at particular points in the song where the lyrics sound great. When I press the cue button the cue is a milisecond out. When I try it without the loop sample playing the cue starts as soon as I hit the cue button but with the sample playing the cue starts either a milisecond late or too early.
    I hope you understand what the problem is.

    Can anyone help?
