    Hello,

I'm new to FS2. I've been doing well with it but am having trouble getting loops to work. When I say loops I mean loops I created. I put them in the loop pool, analyze them, and make sure the loop icon button is highlighted. No luck. There still slightly off. I'm trying to figure out if my loops are not working right or FS2 is not working right. Any one else attempted to run thier own loops in FS2 (Traktor)?

Thanks for any help or info.

I was talking to another DJ and he was having the same problem.

He converted his loop files to wav's and it works properly with this format.

He was trying to use MP3's before and no luck.

Convert your MP3 loops to wav's.

It worked. Thank you for making my life easier. Anyone try AIFF? Just asking.

The problem with mp3s is that the format is frame based, so the loop end is not accurate but gets padded to the frame length of the mp3.

Non frame based formats like WAV, AIFF and maybe also FLAC should work well for loops.
