Lost all of my libraries

I have moved to a new computer and reinstalled Komplete 7 Elements along with vintage organs. HAd it working fine but now all of the sounds are missising. I get a small window with the Kontact 4 player but not the whole thing. I tried to reinstall using the modify opton. same thing. No libraries. Really no nothing. Also the service center wants me to activate vintage organs. Where do I find the serial number from the download? Ican't get into support for a suport ticket. Every section of the ni site needs a different password. I can't find anywhere that I can set up MY password to work across the intire site.

you can find an overview of all your registered serial numbers when logging in in the support area. Vintage Organs should be there.

About Kontakt opening in a small window: try pressing the "View" button next to the NI icon in the top right corner of the UI.

Thank you for the response. I must admit I didn't see this until today but hey it took you 6 days to see mine so I guess we're both about equal speed.
