Lost my programmes after moving my sounds to ext HD

I recently bought the Ultimate CE. When upgrading my HD ran full so I bought a new ext sd. Moving the libraries went well, but afterwards all my programmes (KK, controller editor, Maschine, Kontakt, Massive, Creator Tools, FM8, Battery, Absynth, Reaktor, Traktor DJ, Guitar Rig, Prism, Monark) stopped working. The shortcuts were empty. I am afraid I will have to complete delete all and start a new install. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

 

Furthermore, I can't install the Ultimate Edition because I get the message that I do not have enough HD space. I can't however, install on my Ext HD because I can't change the path...

Hi, thanks, I think I have managed. I only encounter long loading times now from the external so I think I should try to load as many on the normal HD and thing I do not use much on the external HD. Are there any tips and tricks for that? Thanks in advance...

 

HEy Micha74, With what programs do you have long loading times ? Kontakt ? Komplete Kontrol ? What is the format of your external hard drive ?

 

Hi, it's KK that gives the most load time. I have a fast laptop with an Intel i7 core, 8th gen. A Toshiba Canvio basics ext HD.
Also, I still have problems in Native Acess. Several programs need 'repair', like Driver, Solid Bus Comp FX, Supercharger etc. If I try relocate it says it can't find the location of my VST's (which is still on C). If I try re-install it failes.
