Lost serial

    Lost the serial in a move. I already got it installed on another computer, any chance its in there? If not what do I do to get another serial or to recover my old one?

    The about box has your serial number, so you can get it from your other install.

    Or Login @NI Support Site and View your Registrations... there you can see your serial, too

    Where can I access this? Turns out I uninstalled everything on my other computer because I was going to install it on my new Mac. Cruel fate. This looks like my best bet without waiting on the phone for hours.

    Go to www.native-instruments.com, log in with your username and password, click "support", then "Manage Registrations/Activations", then "View and Manage Your Registrations" which is at the bottom of the page. Your serial should be listed there.
