Lost touch sensitive knob

    tried contacting NI weeks ago with no response ...
    Does anyone know where to get a replacement knob ? At this point aftermarket would do just to avoid the ugliness of a missing one

    Chroma Caps are not touch sensitive.

    Hence my dilemma ..
    That website clearly states they don't provide the touch knobs

    I guess Ni people won't help :(
    Might be Time to switch to pioneer

    I'm also after the same - after my damn dog eat one.

    I ordered ChromaCaps via Amazon - for Amazon to report order cancelled (no further explanation given).
    SO not sure if Chroma Caps are still available.

    If I try to order direct from DJTechTools there's a 6 week delay to my country - which is painfully long.
    ANY suggestions ?

    (I don't need touch-sensitive)
