This alert light seems to be continuously flashing. I have plenty of RAM so unsure what the cause could be. I am also having problem where no sound is coming from the mixer, I have opened another thread for that.

AFTER SOME FIDDLING AROUND.....I discovered my laptop power supply wasn't connected that was causing RAM alert light to flash. Oops!

Still flashing/flickering. Anything I can do to stop this or is everyone's flashing?

2.6 isn't the most stable version of Traktor. 2.0.3 was by far the best in terms of stability and CPU usage. Even with 8GB RAM, my laptop froze up on my mid-gig for about 3 seconds. If it wasn't for the fact I was using effects already, that would've been bad for business. All we can do is hope that the next version isn't such a RAMhog.

Mine was flashing on my 09 Macbook Pro. I bumped it to 8gigs and it stopped. The Z2 did run fine on my 2008 iMac with 4 gigs of ram fine so it was something with my computer. One thing I didn't try before upgrading ram was booting into 64 bit mode to see if that had any effect.

I have a 2008 white MacBook that I upgraded to 4gb ram. It works perfect. Processor usage is around 40%

Wow! I'm surprised to see some people talking of 8gig. I've only got 4 & currently only 3 of it is usable, that seems sufficient for me. I will say that my traktor/z2 setup is very stable and the flashing of the light doesn't seem a true reflection of this. I havent really "rinsed" the fx or remix decks yet but, If the light wasn't flashing I wouldn't think there was a problem.
