Low Volume Output: TRAKTOR S4 or PRO 2?

Recently I came to another city and connected my traktor s4 and traktor pro 2. I connected all the cable sof my speakers through RCA. I put all the levels on full, but the speakers give very low output volume. I dont know whats the problem but in the sfotware at the tops the volume bars reach until red and the same on my s4. Please Help I dont know whats the problem.

 

Post a screenshot of Traktor in Mixer view mode with a track playing. The most common reason is the Main level in Traktor is not at the default 2o'clock position. Remember that the S4 Main output knob and the software Main output knob are separate controls in series.

 

Unfortunately that screenshot doesn't have the global header and FX section which shows the Main Output level. Can you enable that view?

 

The main output level is clearly visible next to the clock.

Has the physical volume knob at the top of the S4 been turned up?

Yes, to the max and also when i tried using my native laptoo speakers they were on their full volune

 

Is the headphone output on the S4 still loud enough? (Turn CUE MIX to the right to listen to the Master Output)

What are the exact cables you are using to connect the S4 to your speakers?
