M2 Factory Library Activation

    Hello.

    Mac os 10.10

    I just purchased the M2 upgrade from M1.8 online.

    I downloaded 3 files.
    1 - Maschine 2 Update
    2 - Maschine Factory Library
    2 - KOMPLETE SELECTION for MASCHINE 2

    I installed all 3 files.

    My email contains TWO serial numbers
    1 for Maschine 2 update
    1 for KOMPLETE SELECTION for MASCHINE 2

    When activating via service center (current updated version) I get an error that I cannot activate due to a bundle purchase.
    I searched on NI site for instructions to "enter factory library from dvd in the box" - I do not have a box. I downloaded the product.
    Thinking that perhaps NI is referring to using the M1 dvd that I have, I attempted that. Did not work.

    What I have:
    M1 SN on dvd case
    M2 SN from NI website
    Komplete Selection SN from NI website

    WHAT SN GOES WHERE?
