M32 Single Key not working

    Hi NI ,
    I am a NI DEALER here . Opened up a M32 for a client , but find that the A# key of the highest octave is not working . No MIDI generated in MIDI Monitor also .
    Any way to rectify this issue ?
    Another issue also . I connected this M32 to the Mac we use for testing and it shows up in Komplete Kontrol ... 2.3.0 . But the issue is that even after disconnecting it .. it is showing as the default Controller in KK ... and moreover KK Software is ignoring and not detecting our Demo S61 MK2 unit .
    HELP ... !!!

    I have the same issue with the top B, which sometimes plays and sometimes doesn't. Is it a firmware fault, do you think?

    If there are hardware issues, you need to contact NI through the Hardware Support wizard available on the Support Page.

    Yes, thanks. I think it's sorted as I found an article about trashing prefs and I think I may have disabled NI from start-up. Anyway all seems okay now ... I hope.
