Mac Os Catalina S4 mk1 FIX working!

    Hey dudes!

    I have been trying to get my old S4 mk1 working on my 16inch Macbook Pro with Catalina without luck. Until I found this reddit users guide.

    Now my S4 mk1 lights up and seems to be working fine in Traktor Pro 3!!

    Hope native instruments puts this in their Guide to help people get their old stuff working!

    (The thread says Maschine mk1 but worked for my S4 mk1).

    Hi, what version of Traktor are you using?
    I've got an S4 Mk1 + Traktor Pro 2, I'm not sure I want to pay to upgrade if it wont work.
    In other news, playing vinyl on my 20+ year old Technics 1210's without issues....

    Hey, I am using the latest version of Traktor Pro 3. If your current setup works flawless I would not mess around with it.
    On the other hand I think reported problems is when you have a clean system with Mac OS Catalina. If you already have the driver installed it should not be issues to upgrade to Traktor Pro 3. Your call. Cheers
