Mac Users - Sound card for iBook

    I'm looking for sound card where I can plug my guitar and use GR. I want to practice more than anything. I have the TASCAM US-122 on my G5 Power Mac and it works great with GR however it costs $270. I don't want to unplug it when I need to use the laptop. I'm looking for something a little cheaper. I was looking at the M-Audio Fast Track USB. Some Windows users have complained about the sound quality and problems with the drivers.

    Must have features:
    Headphone jack
    MIDI input
    Low latency

    Nice to have but not required:
    Decent for recording
    MIDI out
    Mic input

    Any recommendations would be appreciated
