Mac wont read the KU8 hard disc?

    Hey there.

    Just received my Komplete Ultimate upgrade, bought from dv247.com. Now, when i tried to plug in the hard disc to my iMac i got this message (Look at the first attachment). When i try to click initalize, it looks like that in disc utility. (second attachment).

    I dont what the problem is? The hard disc has the power on, and doesnt make weird noises.. I dont know. Im running newest version of snow leopard on both my iMac and my Macbook Pro, and none seem to respond.

    Any help? :( (the service center is closed, will try to contact them tomorrow)
